These Enrollment Terms govern your registration in paid training courses and programs offered by King’s Dry Goods, LTD (doing business as Reasonable Officer) through complexincident.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for a course, you agree to these terms. They are in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Registration and Payment
Your seat is confirmed only when payment is received in full, unless we have agreed in writing to an alternate arrangement. Agencies paying by purchase order or invoice must have payment received before the first day of the course; a seat held against an unpaid invoice may be released if payment is not received by the course start date. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR THE COMPLEX INCIDENT PROTOCOL.
In place of a refund, I will continue to work with your steward until your presentation is complete, as long as your steward attends the two-day Quick Start and participates in building your protocol.
3. Transfers and Rescheduling
Where a transfer is permitted above, your registration may be moved one time to another scheduled session within twelve (12) months of the original course date, subject to seat availability. Any difference in course price applies. A second transfer, or a transfer requested after the applicable window, is treated as a cancellation under Section 2.
4. Substitutions
You may send a qualified substitute from the same agency or organization in place of the original registrant at no additional charge, provided you give us written notice before the course start date. The substitute is bound by these Enrollment Terms.
5. Changes or Cancellation by Us
We may reschedule, relocate, or cancel a course, including for insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we cancel a course, you may choose a full refund of fees paid or a no-fee transfer to a future session. We are not responsible for any travel, lodging, or other costs you incur in connection with a course, and our total liability for any course is limited to the amount of fees you paid for that course.
6. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
Course materials are provided for the registrant’s individual professional use and remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not record, copy, redistribute, resell, or use the materials to deliver competing training without our prior written permission.
7. Conduct
We may remove a participant from a course, without refund, for conduct that is disruptive, unlawful, or that interferes with instruction or other participants.
